WA: Man's body found in dam in north of the state
Police divers have found a man's body in a dam in Western Australia's north.
Police spokesman JOHN WEAVER says divers located the body in the Ord River DiversionDam in Kununurra, 3100km north of Perth.
The body is believed to be that of a 78-year-old man who accidentally fell into therapids when he was fishing at the dam on Friday morning.
No other details are available.
