NSW; Removalists called to school in Gutnick legal dispute

Removalists have been called in to a Sydney school at the centre of a legal disputeover a $15 million loan from mining magnate JOE GUTNICK.

Students and staff at Yeshiva Boys High School, in Sydney's eastern suburbs, are todaymoving out of their premises after the Yeshiva organisation yesterday failed in a SupremeCourt bid to stop Mr GUTNICK taking possession of the property.

Last month, the court ruled Mr GUTNICK should be handed the mortgages of several schoolsand a synagogue if his brother-in-law Rabbi PINCHUS FELDMAN did not repay the money owedto Mr GUTNICK by August the 11th.

Today, office manager JOHN LENN says emotions were running high this morning as theremovalists came in.

He's told ABC radio the removalists arrived at 7am (AEST) and staff and students willbe gone by the end of the day.
