GM NO. 1 AGAIN: General Motors is back, according to Forbesmagazine. The No. 1 automaker was ranked America's most powerfulcompany in the magazine's annual list of the top 50 companies. GMreturned to the top of Forbes' heap for the first time since 1989.It displaced General Electric, 1993's leader. The ranking was basedon sales, profits, assets and stock-market value.
