NSW: Anti-bikie laws introduced into NSW Parliament
New South Wales Premier NATHAN REES has introduced new legislation into parliament
aimed at ending an escalation of violence by bikie gangs.
Mr REES says the proposed legislation outlaws motorcycle gangs and their members and
would seek to declare them as criminal organisation.
Mr REES says expert legal advice has been sought and the legislation is well protected
against any future High Court appeals.
It comes after 29 year old ANTHONY ZERVAS was bashed to death at Sydney airport 11
days ago in a bikie clash.
